Cycling - a great way to get fit in good company.
We have a varied programme of free bike rides from 10 to 150 miles. We ride on Sundays and Wednesdays with a "Saturday Starter" ride once a month. Most of our rides are on-road - on quiet roads and country lanes but there is an off road ride at least once a month. Don't forget our social events.

If you'd like to join us for a ride then simply turn up at the listed start. Rides are free. You dont have to be a member to join us - we suggest you join if you enjoy the rides.

Dave Fidoe would like to know if you are interested in joining us on our Christmas Lunch at The Plume of Feathers, Tewin, on December 14th. Cost will be between £16 and £20 depending upon how many courses you want. Please get your £5 deposit to him asap book by ringing him on 0794 117 4760. The menu is now here for you to make your choices and get this information to Dave ASAP. Payment for the full amount needs to be with Dave prior to the event so that hassle free eating can be ensured for all. 44 people are now booked in but if you are quick Dave is sure we can squeeze a few more in.
